Please see below, all the guides you need to successfully import data from SIMS to ParentMail, clicking on the top right-hand corner will open the sheets in a new webpage allowing you to view or print independently.

Please note that these files can ONLY be read by SIMS, don’t try to open them as your computer won’t know what to do! These can be found within imports>create import>downloads, as per the above instructions.
Once you have imported your data, the system will provide you with a spreadsheet showing all the items of data that it was not possible to add, and the reason why. The below guide will explain in greater detail, the rejections you may get.
