MIS links

Installing an MIS link between ParentMail and your MIS means all changes made to you MIS will automatically transfer to ParentMail over night (depending on the settings you select on setup).

Please note that this only works one way – changes made to ParentMail won’t update your MIS! The 'verified user changes report' found in Reports>General Reports will help you see all changes made within ParentMail so you can update your MIS manually.

Please also bear in mind that the MIS Link will not update contact information for connected users, as they will have confirmed these details at registration – to changes to contact information must be made manually by the school (pending User approval) or by the user themselves within the app or online portal.
