The registration emails are sent on a first-come-first-served basis, so if the parent has a pending registration from another school that added them first, the parent will need to action this prior to being able to register with you.

They can either complete registering with the other school first, and then register with yours. Alternatively, they can contact the other organisation to cancel the registration invitation by removing them as a user.

Please note: The parents can remove the 'connection' to the school they don't want when they are registered. They can do this by clicking on 'connections' at the top of the page, and then select the dustbin icon by the school.
