What reports do I need to use regularly and why?

Each specific report will come in handy and be in regular use depending on your school.

The reports we advise to regularly use will be:

  • Parent - Connection Status Report - Use this report to check the parents that still require to register.
  • Parents With Missing Contact Information - Use this to make sure that you have no missing contact information on ParentMail and able to communicate to the parents via Email/SMS.
  • Pupils That Require Email Paper Copies – Use this report to gather email addresses from the contacts to ensure that you are minimizing the use of paper copies.
  • Verified User Changes – Use this report to view all changes made by the school, import or by a parent to personal details.You can then use this to update your MIS.
