• Absence Reporting – This report will show you all the absences within the date range that you select.
• App Usage Report - This report shows which users have recently been actively using the ParentMail app.
• Email Message History – This report will show you the emails that have been sent by your organisation within the selected date range.
• Money Saved - This report shows a breakdown of the amount of money the school has saved for the current school year.
• Parent – Connection Status Report – Report that shows all parents associated with your school and their connection status, such as Connected, Not Connected or Unsubscribed.
• Parent Student Export – Generate this report if you want to extract a list of all students and associated parents at your organisation. Please note: We do not include email address and mobile number information within this report.
• Parents Evening: Class Teacher – This report shows your students and the class teachers they are linked to – this will be used when creating a Class Teacher Parents Evening.
• Parents Evening: Tutor Export – This report shows your students and the tutors they are linked to – this will be used when creating a Form Tutor Parents Evening.
• Parents With Missing Contact Information – This report will show you the parents that are missing either an email address, a mobile number or both. If they have all the correct contact information they will not show on this report.
• PMX Application Usage - This report shows application usage for your organisation. The calculations are based on a per student basis, for example, if a student has one parent registered and receiving ParentMail this will count as 1 family. Unsubscribed parents are not included in any other calculations.
• Pupils That Require Email Paper Copies – This report will show all students at your organisation who will require a paper copy when sending communications. Please note: Any student with at least one parent receiving emails will not show on the report.
• SMS Credit Statement - View the SMS expenditure for a given month.
• SMS Message History – This report will show you the SMS messages that have been sent by your organisation within the selected date range.
• SMS Purchase History – This report will show you a history of the SMS credits you have purchased and when.
• Staff Export – Download this report to get a list of all staff members on the system, including their Unique ID number – particularly useful when creating a Parents’ Evening Manager Import.
• Staff Users - Connection Status Report – Report that shows all staff and other user types associated with your school and their connection status, such as Connected, Not Connected or Unsubscribed.
• Subject Access Request - This report will allow you to respond to Subject Access Request made by a user in the system.
• User Data Export – This report will show all data for user's of PMX. You can use this report when fulfilling a Subject Access Request.
• Verified User Changes – This report will show all changes made by the school, import or by a parent to personal details.
