Affiongma is Registered Nurse with more than a decade of experiences in health care delivery. With 8 years working in women and children services focusing on preterm babies (NICU), labor & delivery, postpartum and pediatric patients.
Affiongma's passion lies with helping families with preterm baby care, breastfeeding support, addressing the needs of black and minority families.
Erika Rosin, BSN, RN
Erika Rosin, BSN, RN
Erika is a Registered Nurse and Early Childhood Educator with over 20 years of working with families and children across Oregon. Erika's expertise is supporting diverse families within their communities and homes.
Erika worked side by side with Affiongma in a busy Family Birthing Center in Oregon for over 7 years. Erika is a Registerd Nurse with extensive experience in neonatal intensive care (NICU), pediatric, and perinatal support for individuals and families.
According to the CDC, 80% of all deaths were found to be preventable. Alarmingly, Black women die at a rate of 3 times that of white women in the USA. Parenthood Partners is working to eliminate these poor birth outcomes and we believe partnering in your care is where it starts.
We believe all people need safe and trustworthy care. Our team has lived and professional experience that informs our practice and drives us to offer intersectional care for all clients. We offer culturally responsive and patient centered care and are proud to offer culturally congruent care to clients when possible.
