As Batch 2021’s time in Woodrose comes to an end, neither they nor any of us could have expected their final moments in high school to occur away from the red brick walls they have come to know and love over the years. Instead of laughter with friends along the hallways and classrooms bursting with life, they must settle for text messages and the occasional video call to compensate for being forced to part ways long before graduation. Despite these massive setbacks, Batch 2021’s resilience in the face of adversity remains a reminder for us all to find the silver lining in every cloud.
With college on the horizon for these young women, there is no doubt that the path they have paved for themselves up until this point has prepared them for whatever the future may bring. They have served as exemplars of character and faith as the oldest among the Woodrose students. The online set-up has not stopped them from making the most of their senior year.
The Woodrose community wishes nothing but the best for these exceptional students. Their presence for the past 12 years has left a lasting mark on the school, and their absence will be felt long after they receive their diplomas. Batch 2021, a group of leaders and future pioneers in their fields, have nowhere to go from here but up. Congratulations and good luck with all your future endeavors! May your future be bright and prosperous.
