Welcome parents and students to the Visual and Performing Arts and 21st Century Life and Careers Department!
Whether interested in music or dance, sculpture or painting, fashion, culinary arts, theater, or business, Paramus students have the opportunity to delve deeply into their passions and interests throughout their time at PHS!
An education in The Arts and 21st Century Life and Careers provides invaluable life skills such as:
the ability to think critically and creatively -to ‘think outside of the box.’
team-building skills; how to work with a team to solve a problem
how to respect alternative viewpoints
how to appreciate and embrace different cultures and traditions
to be self-disciplined, self-reflective, self-confidant, and self-expressive
Graduation Requirements:
5 credits in both Visual/Performing Arts & 21st Century Life and Careers
Join one of three Zoom sessions scheduled the week of February 8th to ask questions directly to the Curriculum Supervisor and Lead Teacher for these departments.
