Registration Process:
Access Total Registration Website to order your exam(s).
Follow all directions and complete all required fields: Read the instructions carefully and complete all required fields. We recommend that parents/guardians and students are both present while registering to ensure the correct exam is ordered.
If this is your first time registering for an AP exam: Be sure to use the exact same information you used in your College Board MyAP account (i.e. name, email address) to avoid discrepancies.
Print the confirmation page: Registration is not complete until you have printed the pdf of the confirmation page that is provided at the end.

Cost per exam = $103.00
Payment Options: Please be sure to have a credit card or debit card available before beginning registration. Payment may also be made by mail in the form of a check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Cancellation Policy:
Students who cancel an exam by Thurs - Oct 30, 2025 are entitled to a full refund of the exam fee.
Students who cancel an exam by Thurs- Jan 15, 2026 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $40.00 (per exam cancelled).
After Thurs- Jan 15, 2026 there are no refunds.

Qualifications: You receive free or reduced lunch.
Exam cost after fee reduction = $53.00
Please indicate if you are eligible when asked during the registration process.
If a family has any concerns regarding the payment of exam fees, you may reach out to the Supervisor of School Counseling.
Testing Accommodations
Testing Accommodations
Qualifications: Approved for special accommodations with an eligibility letter from College Board's Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD)
If you already possess an SSD number, provide the number when registering.
If you are unaware of your status or would like to apply for accommodations, contact your case manager or school counselor as soon as possible, as there is a deadline for submitting requests.
IMPORTANT: All registrations must be completed and all payments must be received by 11/25/2025, 11:59 pm. This is a PHS deadline required in order to execute the necessary tasks to comply with the College Board’s exam order deadline.
