Eligibility requirements
The student must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at Paragon International University
Remain enrolled and pay tuition fees at Paragon International University as full-time students during the entire period of the exchange program.
Have completed at least 3 semesters of undergraduate study. Students normally exchange in semesters 4-6, but may go in their final year of study with the approval of the Dean of Faculty, and an approved course of study.
Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.7 or better on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
Non-native English speakers must have a minimum score of at least TOEFL iBT 60 or IELTS 5.5.
For universities in English speaking countries, the minimum IELTS score of 6.5 IELTS is often necessary.
Admission process
Any student who wishes to be placed as an overseas exchange student should follow these steps:
Step 1: Consult with the Office of International Cooperation as to the availability of exchange programs
Step 2: Consult with the relevant Head of Department and/or Dean of Faculty for advice and guidance about the study program, and obtain approval for the proposed course of study.
Step 3: Obtain the necessary forms from the Office of International Cooperation
Step 4: Obtain signatures of acknowledgement from the Provost Office, Office of the Registrar, Office of Finance and the relevant Department Head/Dean of Faculty
Step 5: Apply to the host institution with support from the Office of International Cooperation
Step 5: Receive acceptance letter or invitation letter from the institution applied to
Step 6: Apply for Student Visa from the host country of the exchange

Course list for the semester applied at partner university
Completed Exchange Approval Form
Nomination letter from Office of International Cooperation
Proof of registration or enrollment (From Registrar Office)
An official transcript of academic record
TOEFL or IELTS score record (non-native English speakers only)
Copy of passport
Student Expenses
Tuition fee at Home University: Student has to pay tuition and registration fee as a normal semester at Paragon.
Tuition fee at Partner University: based on the relevant agreement conditions with partner universities, students will usually receive a waived tuition fee at the host institution or may to pay additional fees.
Living Expenses: exchange students pay for their visa fee, flights tickets, medical insurance, living expenses, dorm fee, and other personal expenses.
