Mentoring Future Generations (MFG) is a multi-stage research development and mentorship program designed for young scholars, university students, and early-career academics. The program aims to develop globally competent researchers through structured training, certification, and publication support.

MFG aims to mentor young researchers to strengthen their research skills, academic writing, and publication capacity, and to prepare them for postgraduate studies and academic careers.

Applicants must pass an entrance interview and an English competency test before joining the program.

Entrance Stage: Interview and English competency test
Stage 1 (Certification): Research Foundations (literature review, research ethics, research questions, research design, etc.)
Stage 2 (Certification): Academic Writing (plagiarism, citation, research tools, mini research proposal)
Stage 3 (Publication): Working with mentors (Google Scholar, ORCID, publishing, academic networking)
Each stage from 1 to 3 will last up to six months.

The program follows a hybrid format, combining:
Sessions at ParagonU Main Campus
Online learning
Self-study with the support of a mentor
Are scholarships available after completing MFG?
Are scholarships available after completing MFG?
Outstanding participants may later be considered for scholarships to pursue a Master’s or PhD program at Paragon International University.

The MFG program is a paid program. Participants are required to pay a fee at each stage, from Stage 1 to Stage 3.
