Below is the process of registration chart that assemble each process that will be needed to go through in order for firms to be able to take part in the career fair.
For firms to be able to get involve in the career fair of Paragon International University, there are a few procedures needed to be followed:
Registration: Initially, this process will be created by the Career Center in the Office of Student Services through google form which can be found above.
This form will also include some policy, notes and rules about the entry and restriction of the career fair. Few of these rules related to the firms are:
o Any subject related to alcohol is strictly prohibited.
o Any illegal or inappropriate subjects, including gambling, are strictly prohibited.
Head department and Office of Marketing: After the registration form is completed, the information will be sent to the head of each department and to the office of marketing so that they can spread the data to different firms.
Company: The firms will receive the information about the career fair through various media by the head of each department or the office of marketing of Paragon International University. After that, the firms will need to fill up the registration form in order to be able to take part in the career fair.
Authorities Finalization: The form will be submitted and delivered to the Career Center while it will be monitored again by the Head Department and Office of Marketing for finalization.
Career Center: The Career Center will acknowledge the finalization from the head departments and office of marketing and will send the confirmation or invitation emails to the firms. The Career Center will also need to inform the students about the schedule related to the career fair, the deadline and the activity during the event.
