One of the BIGGEST PROJECT of the Career Center is the Career Fair

Annually, the career center will host an annual event call Career Fair, which to bring together various companies and student to meet at Paragon International University. This is a perfect opportunity for students to seek out information about their career plan and is also a huge benefits for the firms to get more information from the students.

The major aim for the career fair and event would be for finding a job or an internship and establish more connections. Our career center schedule numerous events throughout the year that bring employers from companies, non-profit organizations, government agencies and more to campus so that the students as well as the firms can exchange ideas, experience and find opportunities in the given period.

The career fair will contribute heavily to students’ academic as well as social performance in Paragon International University which enable students, alumni and companies to make and foresee successful and resourceful career-related decision through the event with meetings and group interactions. Moreover, the event will bring together students from different major in the university, alumni from various background and companies with different insight to meet and to discover what’s the best choice to fit in their career decision. In addition, the career fair will cultivate and maintain partnerships and collaborative programs with employers, the academic community, and other University constituents through providing information, programs and outreach, and interface opportunities and experience. Not just that, it will also help to maintain collaborative and productive working relationship with our co-workers through the event as well as utilize a variety of media and technology to effectively communicate information, and ideas to students, faculty, employers, staff and the Paragon International University Community.

To help students to successfully connect their academic accomplishments with a wide variety of employers and to move forward in their roles as well-educated world citizens, the Career Center aims to simultaneously support the goals of each individual as well as the goals of our broader context: Cambodian employers, Paragon International University, the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the extended global community. 

Assist students, alumnus and companies to explore, choose, evaluate, and implement effective career development plans.

Encourage students and alumni to utilize experiential opportunities as a means to explore careers and build career skills.

Encourage students and alumni to develop career management skills to enhance their success in obtaining satisfying career employment and/or further education.

Provide opportunities for students and alumni to gain access to a broad range of employers, employment information, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
