What trait makes women unique?

When talking about women, the first people that come to my mind are my mom and grandmother. Attached to those people, I feel the adjective 'strong'. It's a simple word, but I feel that it says a lot.

Why?

There are many essential life aspects they have to balance: work, children, their spouse and families on both sides. Women usually have to carry the heavier end of the burden. According to personal experience, those factors don't always coexist peacefully with each other, and yet they're still able to find solutions and go about their day-to-day lives. It requires a great deal of emotional intelligence, maturity and strength to be able to function the way they do, and for that, they're beyond worthy of the recognition they're given.
