Program Director
Josh Moss serves as the Program Director for Puma Esports, where he leads the vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution of competitive gaming initiatives for the college. He brings a builder’s mindset to esports, focused on creating sustainable programs, developing talent, and pushing the space forward with intention. Known for blending structure with creativity, Josh operates at the intersection of competition, culture, and community. His work centers on long-term growth, operational excellence, and setting a high standard for what modern esports programs can be.
Recruitment Manager
Ryan Stone has worked in higher education for 20 plus years. He is a writer by heart, an educator by trade, and a 90s gamer kid who played far too much Mario Kart 64, Madden, and Mortal Kombat while consuming more Mountain Dew and M&Ms than should be allowed. He values student learning, student success, healthy and meaningful competition, and building professional relationships. He enjoys working with students and opening doors through education and opportunity.
Program Specialist
Tyler Jacome is the Program Specialist of Puma Esports, starting out as the first work study in the program while he studied Video Game Production with an emphasis in coding. He has grown to find enjoyment in community and event leadership through experience at the Sundown tournaments as well as external events such as Dreamhack, Dallas. With an emphasis on transparency, Tyler prides himself on working to dissolve the barrier between players and organizers to create an environment where both can feel heard and be understanding of each other’s expectations.
Program Admin
Saturn Al-bawwab is originally from New York and moved to Arizona in 2014. Fluent in English and Arabic, she is currently studying and working in Theatre and hopes to one day work in a space that combines both Esports and technical theatre. She loves dinosaurs, cooking, reading, and gaming. Her favorite show is Criminal Minds; her favorite game is The Last of Us; and her favorite color is blue.
Program Support Specialist
Josh Brooks is a digital arts instructor who supports the Puma Esports Social Media Team. He's loved competitive games most of his life, with League of Legends as his go-to. Outside of teaching, he's usually making pixel art or experimenting with game design ideas. He is passionate about how people improve in both art and games, as well as the mindset challenges that come with that.
