Ask your teachers for any resources you might need to support your studies.
Create a revision timetable to organise your time and keep yourself accountable.
You should be revising every day in short blocks. This could be 4×30 minute blocks or 6×20 minute blocks—find a rhythm that works for you.
Revision must be ACTIVE. You should be testing your knowledge from memory, not simply copying out notes or passively rereading a textbook.
The most effective revision technique is self-testing. You can do this by using past papers, online quizzes, flash cards, or even the 'look, cover, write, check' method with your notes or revision guides.
Continue your hobbies or activities that help you relax, such as exercise, watching TV, seeing friends, or playing video games. However, these will need to be in moderation—some sacrifices will be necessary as you get closer to your mocks and the real exams!
You should try to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (eat the rainbow! 🌈), drink plenty of water, and aim for 8-10 hours of sleep a night (as recommended by Great Ormond Street Hospital).
