We are learning to identify and explain how people use different gardening methods to grow kai sustainably, and use information from a text to make connections, infer ideas, and think critically about the future of food production.
This week we are focusing on what we can do to help create pest-free environments, with a special focus on Lake Ngatu. While the reading that we will do in class may not be about Lake Ngatu, it focusses on the same key ideas that we have already put in place at Lake Ngatu with the help of DOC.
