What do I need to bring to each performance?
You will be asked to provide any preferred performance make up. We ask that students arrive with clean hair and in their comfy clothes. Once they arrive they will start their character hair and make up.
Students will need a drink bottle, snacks and their script for each performance. It is reccomended that students bring a labeled bag or box to keep their personal belongings in, performance belongings will need to stay onsite overnight.
Will we be able to eat dinner before the performance?
You should eat before you arrive but if you think you will need more to eat, you will need to bring your own food. We do have a microwave but please bring your own plates/containers and cutlery.
Please note:
A light meal of Subway will be provided in the break between the performances on Saturday 19th July.
A celebratory shared kai will be provided before the performance on Sunday 20th July
When can students be collected after the show?
Shows will go for around 2.5 hours, we will be able to confirm this after the dress rehearsals. Students will need to return costumes and props so please allow at least 15 minutes after the end of the performance before expectiong students to be ready to leave.

What do we do in an emergency during a show?
We will follow normal processes if it is a fire or tsunami. If there is something that happens in the theatre the situation will be handled by staff who are present. First aid kits will be available.
Are piercings/jewellery allowed on stage?
Any non costume jewellery will need to be removed.
What’s the rule with phones backstage?
No phones backstage, these will need to stay in the dressing room.
Where will we get ready?
All pre-show prep will happen in the Drama and Dance room. These rooms will act as green rooms throughout the show. Students will also have access to a set of bathrooms behind the stage during the performance.
Can families take photos or videos during the show?
Photography and phone use is prohibited during the performance.
Will there be official photography?
We will release any images we take of rehearsal schedules to whanau.
