Gateway is designed to support senior school students' transition into the workforce by offering them workplace learning while still at school.
This work experience often helps students confirm their career direction and can lead to either part time and full time employment, or to future studies.
The Gateway programme has been successfully operating at Pāpāmoa College since 2014.
