I was born and raised in the UK. My grandparents are originally from India. I have been teaching for a number of years both in the UK and in New Zealand since July 2015. I am responsible for the Technology department which includes Whakairo (Carving) and Hard Materials. I am passionate about delivering innovative Digital Technology courses, to provide exciting learning opportunities for our tamariki, so that they can make informed choices about their career pathway once they leave high school. I enjoy building strong relationships with students, whanau and the wider communities.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, exercising & kayaking.
What to do?:
Check your Calendar early morning before 08:50 and then click on the Google meet to join your class.
I will provide at least a 20 minute online to each class and focus through the plan and answer questions
The remainder of that period, you will be given independent time to work at your pace to complete your assessment/work set. I will be available to help and answer your questions via email or Google meet.
This will also be an opportunity to chat with me and your peers, as you would normally do in class.
