Every freshman is presented with the Summit Education Initiative's keys to academic success. After this presentation, they are assigned to an advisor that meets with them each quarter to track progress towards reaching the three goals. They will also discuss resources, opportunities to get back on track, and future goals. Manchester High School wants every graduating senior to have a plan for enlistment, enrollment, or employment, and that begins freshman year.
