Communicate with your school community (including staff and families) about the upcoming surveys. You are welcome to customize the templates linked below.
Designate time for students to take the survey in their in-person or virtual classes.
Gather questions about the surveys and share them with your district contact or Panorama support team (support+cms@panoramaed.com).
Monitor response rates to ensure that we hear from as many stakeholders as possible. (This video explains how to access response rates and completion lists for your school.)
Survey Content Proofs
Panorama items are part of an open-source survey. For parents, caregivers, and others who request to view the survey items, you may share the appropriate grade-level documents below for their viewing.
Note: Survey Coordinators, when you share the survey proofs below, it is important to communicate with the parent or caregiver to not coach or tell their children/adolescents how to respond to the questions during the survey. Students need to be able to respond in an authentic manner when they take the survey.
