WELCOME!

Below is a list of reminders to help make the day go smoothly:

1. Unloading will be in on either the east or west side of the school. Coaches, check in when you get here to introduce yourself! Also, bring any sub cards or let us know of any drops in your lineup.
2. Remember (1) comment sheet for each performer. Copies will be available in the office for $.50 each in an emergency.
3. Remind students and parents to be early to centers and to keep halls quiet. Cell phones are to be turned off in centers.
4. The gym is the place to store your team’s equipment, coats, etc. Please make sure your group cleans up at the end of the day.
5. NO food outside of the commons areas.
6. There will be warm-up rooms for musical theatre. See maps and signage. No stereos in the gym.
7. Ratings will be posted during the breaks in the schedule. You may collect your comment sheets in the office after all of your ratings have been posted. If you do not plan to stay, leave a stamped envelope for your comment sheets.
8. Remind your students and parents to eat here. We have a selection of delicious food. See food tab.
9. Remember your own audio/visual equipment for musical theater, expository, etc.
