General Cancellation Policies:

• Any and all changes to your reservations must be made in person by the original purchaser at the Vacation Makers desk with the original reservation ticket.

• Changes may only be made once and reservations with changes may not be canceled (for changes you must show a medical certificate).

For groups: 

• Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to group arrival.

• A full refund will only be given for cancellations made 72 hours prior to the service. 

• Guests who do not arrive at the scheduled time of tour or service will not receive a refund.

After booking any service with Vacation Makers, all the participants need to know that:
