Q: My Google Classroom is not up to date with my Genesis roster
A: Google Classroom does not automatically update as students are added to or removed from your classes. When changes are made to your roster, you must manually sync Google Classroom to your roster. You can do this by logging into Genesis, navigating to Gradebook, and by navigating to Rosters. From here, select the class that you would like to synchronize from the drop down menu and select the "Sync Google Classroom Roster" button, pictured below. You will have to do this for each class.Â

A: AristotleK12 does not automatically update as students are added or removed from your classes. Instead, AristotleK12 is updated via Google Classroom. You must first follow the steps above to ensure that your Google Classroom is up to date with your Genesis roster.
