By 2026, secure funding for and implement universal full day pre-kindergarten for all  3-and 4-year olds in the district. If the District decides to expand gradually, begin expansion by 2022.

Create and publish the Palmyra Schools Student Success Profile by June 2022, providing a clear vision of the mindsets and skills students need to be world-changers.

Annual increases in the percentage of students reading on grade level by the end of 3rd grade, achieving 90% or better for 2025-2026.

Annual increases in students passing the Algebra 1 end-of- course test with 60% or more of 2025-2026 students passing. 

Exceed state expectations, maintaining or exceeding    60 mSGP in ELA and Math for all years in the plan. 

Students will build knowledge and skills through project-based learning, resulting in annual increases in testing scores, meeting or exceeding the state average in 5 years.
