I’m excited to partner for the fourth year in a row with Mission Pacaya in the beautiful country of Guatemala.
Mission Pacaya is a unique ministry focused on improving both the spiritual and physical lives of the Guatemalan people. It serves as a living, ongoing model of discipleship—rooted in Kingdom values, a holistic understanding of the Gospel, biblical stewardship, and compassionate service.
I’d like to invite you to be part of the team helping this mission go further and faster. During our time in Guatemala, we’ll be working on several key projects: building staff housing, improving the community kitchen that serves local families, and painting a partner church in the area.
This amount includes all travel, lodging, meals, and sightseeing.

We’re transforming an existing shack into a cozy, functional cabin to host a missionary family or couple living and serving the local community. The structure already has a concrete foundation, framing, and a tin roof.
Our goals include:
Reinforcing the wood-metal structure
Replacing old tin walls with drywall
Adding a wraparound porch and extending the roof
Building an additional room at the back
The outdoor kitchen serves groups and the local community but needs improvements to enhance function and safety. Planned upgrades:
Adding a covered porch beside the grill area
Installing a tinplate chimney hood to vent smoke
Building a concrete prep table for large food tasks (e.g. tamales, roasting pigs)
Adding a kitchen countertop with solar-powered lighting (fridge already in place!)
We’re partnering with a local church in Aldea El Patrocinio to improve their children’s ministry area.
Planned activities:
Spend one day painting the space
Host a celebration with a piñata party and biblical teaching to bless the community
A teachable spirit
A servant’s heart
A team spirit
A willing worker
A positive outlook
A flexible attitude
A valid passport
