Our team will present the message of Jesus in the schools surrounding our partner church Iglesia Nueva Vida.
We will also assist in Nueva Vida’s annual outreach event in Santo Domingo. Team members will facilitate basketball games, arts, crafts, drama and music, as well as help with basic improvements to the church and community center.

Iglesia Nueva Vida is located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The church is committed to creatively serving their community. Throughout the week, we will have the opportunity to visit public schools and share the love of Jesus with the students and help with church facility improvements. The team will also focus on preparations for, and participate in, an all-day youth outreach event that will minister to hundreds of families. This trip is an amazing opportunity to partner with Iglesia Nueva Vida to reach the Dominican Republic for Jesus!

Through the hardship of Hurricane George in 1998, Iglesia Nueva Vida transformed itself to take on the role of meeting the physical needs of their community. This passion and heart for service continues to this day. Though poverty and drugs plague the community, Nueva Vida is committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus in Santo Domingo.

In preparation for this trip, there will be several meetings you will be required to attend. During these meetings we will communicate valuable information, train, and debrief all things related to this trip. The team leader will contact you with the meeting dates.
