“One of the best ways to persuade others is with your ears — by listening to them.” — Dean Rusk
Since 2016, the Antelope Valley SELPA has been committed to the facilitated IEP model, through Key2Ed, a national expert and leader in the facilitated IEP process. Key2Ed has successfully trained thousands of facilitators in multiple states. In 2001, the US Department of Education recognized IEP meeting facilitation as a best practice for conducting IEP meetings. Through CADRE, a federally funded special education dispute resolution think tank, Key2Ed continues to be recognized as the authority on IEP meeting facilitation.
