Dear Class of 2021 Vigitals:
It’s fair to say that no other graduating class has had quite the experience you have throughout their senior year. We all faced new challenges that have tested us in unexpected ways, but we have also seen ourselves at our best and most resilient in the face of those challenges.
As graduates of the Visual Arts department, we both know that a big part of a successful arts education means learning how to accept the circumstances presented to you and create something substantial from it. You have each learned more about yourselves this year - it is evident in the artwork you have made and the successes you have cultivated for yourselves as young adults, artists, and scholars.
This senior class took all of the lemons, curve balls, and surprises that life threw at you and hit them out of the proverbial ballpark. All of your accomplishments are proof that when you put your mind and heart into your goals, you will succeed. We are so proud of you!
Congratulations on your amazing Senior Exhibition. Graduation is a little ways away, but we will miss you, and hope that you keep in touch with us (at least occasionally) as you go all the places you go! Oh, the places you’ll go!
Two of your biggest fans,
Ms. Van Reeth & Mrs. Glosmanova
