2024-25 Affiliation - Due September 13, 2024
Please submit your Fair Information, Coordinator Affiliation Agreement and SRC/IRB list (if applicable) using the Google Form below.
(ALL SCHOOLS PARTICIPATING IN THE PBRSEF MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM!)

Entering Students in the Fair
In order to be entered in the Palm Beach Regional Science & Engineering Fair, all projects MUST meet the following requirements:
School coordinator has attended all required workshops/meetings.
School coordinator has submitted Fair Information and Affiliation Agreement by September 13, 2024.
All Special Projects have been reviewed and approved by either the School Based SRC/IRB OR the Regional SRC/IRB.
The student is registered online by December 6, 2024 (Digital Entry Form below).
All protocol paperwork reviewed and approved by a district coordinator.
The online entry form can be used by ALL schools entering students in the Fair.
ONLY SCHOOL COORDINATORS SHOULD ENTER STUDENTS IN THE FAIR
