FLDOE HAS ONLY APPROVED CERTAIN "AT HOME" (REMOTE) INDUSTRY CERTIFICATION EXAMS AT THIS TIME.
THE STATE HAS LIFTED THE "3 ATTEMPTS, 3 WEEK WAITING PERIOD" CAPE RULES FOR THE 2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR.
PLEASE CHECK FLDOE'S AT HOME TESTING PAGE TO ACCESS A LIST OF APPROVED EXAMS. THE LIST IS UPDATED DAILY.
FLDOE has a landing page for CAPE Secondary Industry Certifications with updated information on remote /at home testing.
The webpage includes a document that lists exams that have been approved for reporting purposes. Check the site regularly as it is being updated daily.
The statutes and rules that are in place to govern CAPE industry certification testing and reporting are still in place and still must be followed. Use the link on the left to look them over.

Please make sure your teachers, proctors and coordinators are in compliance with state rules. If they've done all of this prior to COVID-19, they are good to go. Any NEW proctor or teacher needs to review these docs and make sure they are in compliance!
