1. Students must have a copy of the Statement of Entry, which were emailed to all students by Dr. Sawyer, and a photo ID.

     a. If you do not have a copy of your Statement of Entry go to the guidance front desk.

     b. If you do not have a photo ID go to the Media Center for Front Office to get a student ID card. 

If you have never had a West Boca student ID card it is free. If you lost your West Boca ID card it is $5 cash or it will be applied to your cashless schools account/obligation.

2. Students are asked to bring their own blue or black pens and calculators if needed.

3. No bags or electronic devices are allowed in the testing room. There will be a place for students to check in their belongings and pick them up if they bring them. Please try to remember not to bring these items to the testing room. 

4. Clear water bottles, clear pencil cases/pouches and calculators with no covers are allowed in the testing room.   The click to find out   What Calculator can you use of the Exam 

5. Students who have more than 1 exam at the same time will be tested in a small group where they will take 1 exam after the other. 

6. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The posted time is the exam start time, not the student arrival time.

7.  Students should eat prior to their exams. Our cafeteria will be open at 6:45 am and 11:30am. 

8. Students with more than 1 exam in a day should be a snack and water. 

9. Only students approved by Cambridge will be permitted to test with accommodations. Please see Ms. Lombardi or Ms. Wolfe for additional information.

1. If you are late then you must arrive before the key, AM - 9 am or PM - 1 pm.

2. There are no make - up during an exam series. No shows will be charged the cost of the exam.
