My work is a series of pieces that I have created with inspiration from different places and passions that are important to me. I’ve traveled several destinations and I’ve had many wonderful experiences that have truly inspired me when it comes to creating my work. These things have influenced my ideas and thought process and has helped me to envision new designs and come up with techniques.

Cabo San Lucas is a place that i’ve traveled to with my family that has inspired me the most. From the scenic mountains and the vast desert to the beautiful blue ocean waters, this destination is incredibly different from the environment that I live in and has led me to experience things that I’ve never experienced before. This diverse environment has sparked inspiration and passion that is shown throughout my work. The ocean in general is something that I am incredibly attached to, emotionally and physically. Its vast beauty and mysterious, unpredictable character is what motivates me and its peacefulness and tranquility is like mental therapy to me.

Not only do my experiences inspire me, but so do my passions and hobbies.. Scuba diving, horseback riding, and lacrosse are just a few of them that spark my creativity. Seeing the tropical fish and bright coral reefs while diving gives me ideas and gets me excited to make art. When I am inspired by things that I love, I feel as though I put more effort and heart into my work. I also look at other artists work to get me motivated. The work from other artists help me get out of my comfort zone and helps me think of new concepts to put into my own work. These aspects have helped me create many pieces of art that I’m proud of, and will continue to inspire and influence my ideas.
