After careful consideration, the FLASHP Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to discontinue the Rewards Program portion of the ThriveWell Wellness platform effective December 31, 2025.  

ALL REMAINING REWARD BALANCES NEED TO BE REDEEMED BY DECEMBER 31, 2025
