Google Slides, why would I use that? In the session we will go over the why and the how of Google slides in the classroom. You will learn how to incorporate google slides for Morning Meeting, Classroom Expectations, Lessons, and so much more! The first session will go over the logistics and the 2nd session you will apply the knowledge you learned in the first session to create your own google slides. Please bring a unit manual or lesson resources to utilize when creating your slides.

In this session you will learn how to utilize familiar programs to capture student responses, understand their learning, find connections, and pivot your teaching when needed to optimize student learning. We will share solutions for creating copies of Jamboards for student response while you retain ownership. Use our Learning Management System, Schoology, to create Google Slide copies via the app Google Drive Assignment. Additionally, Nearpod quick launch Is an easy way to quickly ask for feedback with on-demand responses. Google forms are still a go to option to quickly check-In with students as a ticket out the door.
