Hello students!

My name is Mrs. Dionne Simmonds. I grew up in Saskatoon, SK., which is where most of my family still lives. I attended the University of Saskatchewan where I received my Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education degrees. I have been teaching for 25 years now, 22 of those years have been here at CCHS. I teach science 10, science 14/24 and chemistry 20 this year. 

 I am involved in the best extra curricular activity! I am one of the staff advisers for planning the grade 12 graduation. 

 I have been married to my husband Devin for 20 years and we have one child, Evan who is 17 years old and in grade 12. We also have a puppy named Toffee! My family and I are big football and hockey fans, cheering for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Calgary Hitmen and the Edmonton Oilers. We also love camping and traveling.

I feel very blessed to be a part of this community and look forward to teaching you science, math and chemistry this year!
