Preside over all meetings, assist the director with reminders and maintain a positive climate, provide PR for concerts and events, and present important information to the general membership.

Preside in the absence of the President, assist the advisor and President, and take pictures of all events for the yearbook.

Keep accurate records of meetings, assist in maintaining the music library, write necessary correspondence, and help prepare write-ups for the yearbook.

Act as custodian of funds, write and sign vouchers, count and deposit fundraising money, and oversee purchases.

Assist with club activities via social media, print media, and marketing.

Direct the High School Choir, Play, and Musical, and assume full responsibility for coordinating events.
