Species: Peregrine Falcon
Scientific name: Falco peregrinus
Size: 14.2-19.3 inches long, 39.4-43.3 in wingspan.
Habitat: North America, skyscrapers, water towers, cliffs, power pylons, and other tall structures.
Diet: Pigeons, shorebirds, gulls, ducks, geese, songbirds
Predator: None
Adaptations: Speed of course which is helped by their sleek body. Also they have excellent vision that lets them see when they are way up high. they have long toes, sharp talons, and a hooked beak. On their eyes they have a third eyelid that protects eye during flight so nothing gets in it. When diving they are able to breath because of bony tubercles that guide air away from nostrils.

Normal travel speed is 25-34 mph
It can reach speeds of 100-200 mph
