Note: It is perfectly fine to request your transcripts to be sent before submitting applications, so I would highly recommend that students submit the Transcript Request Form as soon as they're sure on what schools they are applying to.
An important part of the TRF is reporting how the student applied- whether directly to the institution or via CommonApp.
• If the student is applying to all of their schools through CommonApp, the only step is to fill out the TRF and email it to our Registrar (instructions on the form)
• If the student is applying to any schools directly on their website (ex. If a school isn’t on CommonApp), there is one additional step: the student must log into Naviance, click on the “My Colleges” tab, and then “Colleges I’m Applying to.” They will add the schools they are applying directly to this page (note: CommonApp colleges do not need to be added too)
