Self care is a vital part of taking care of one's physical & mental health. Self care is activities that you can do to care for yourself - your emotional, physical, psychological & spiritual health. Self care helps us reduce stress & feel more resilient.
Self care is not selfish. Self care allows us to refuel, reset, repair.
