Students will record their Google and IXL login credentials in their planners for easy reference. They will practice logging in to their Google, IXL and typing club accounts to make sure they can access the tools they’ll be using in class.

We will complete the Digital Citizenship lesson as a group(commensense.org).
Students will check their login credentials for Google Classroom, IXL, and Typing Club to ensure everything is set up properly and record the information in their planners. Students will log into Google Classroom and join the class.

We will be starting the week by getting settled in our assigned seats, going over the presentation I made for them to get to know about me and my classroom rules and syllabus. I'll be giving students their internet safety forms ,we will read and review together and sign in (parents already did their internet safety form with the registration materials )
We will be practicing fire and lockdown procedures and start exploring the tools we will be using this year Google Classroom ,IXL and Typing Club.
