My name is Mrs. Shital Kamble and I am from India. I recently finished my Master of Education in Elementary Education. Prior to that, I earned a Master of Arts, a Bachelor of Arts in Pre and Primary Education, and a Montessori diploma. I enjoy learning and am always looking for new knowledge to help guide and ease my teaching. This is my fifth year as a member of the Painted Rock First-Grade teaching staff. I also taught second grade for a year in another Arizona school and previously worked in Pre-K, Kindergarten, first, and second grade classrooms.

I have been married for seventeen years. Dhruvi, our daughter, is in ninth grade. We enjoy being a three-person family! We like to travel, read, explore new things, and spend time together. I also enjoy cooking and creating photo books to commemorate special occasions.

I am looking forward to working with your child this year! Personally, I believe that all children have the ability to learn and succeed. My high expectations, I believe, will motivate your child to succeed. I will look after your child, teach them, reward them, and impose consequences when necessary. Most importantly, I will expect the best from them and will push them to achieve their objectives. This year, your child will learn a lot, and I am excited to be a part of it!

My name is Mrs. Kalpana Shinde and I will be your child's 1st Grade teacher. I'm very excited to meet all of your little ones and steer them through this school year!

Let me give some background about myself. I hold a Master’s degree in Education from the USA. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

I have been a full-time teacher at Painted Rock Academy since 2015 and this is my fifth year as a 1st-grade teacher. I also worked as a kindergarten teacher in the UK for 6 months. I live with my husband and two kids in Phoenix.

Teaching has been my passion and working with children gives joy to me. My teaching experience has helped me appreciate that each child is unique, each one has tremendous potential that needs to be honed differently. I’ll work towards knowing my students first and then helping them build on their individual potential, by involving them and creating excitement among them so that they could learn and grow. I look forward to your support as a parent in my endeavor.

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. I made my way out to Arizona in the fall of 2016 when I decided to attend Grand Canyon University. I graduated in April 2020 with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Initially, I always had dreams of pursuing a career in the medical field. However, that changed when I got my first job working at a daycare in a small town back home in California. Ever since then I knew it in my heart that teaching children is my purpose and my absolute passion. While attending GCU, I began working as an instructional aide for Academic Arcade and Boulder Club here at Painted Rock Academy from 2017-2020. I could not be more thankful for the opportunity I was given to further be a part of the PRA community by transitioning from aide to teacher. I am always excited for each and every student that enters my classroom and I look forward in supporting them in their academics.
