Steve Haughton is currently the Road Construction Business Development Manager for Cargill’s Asphalt Solutions team. Steve joined Cargill in 2017 and focuses on bringing Cargill’s Anova Asphalt Solutions line of Bio-Based additives to Asphalt Mix Producers, Emulsion producers, Refiners and Paving Contractors. He has over 35 years of experience in the petroleum and construction materials industries. His expertise is in asphalt markets, construction materials, recycling, infrastructure, and cost optimization. Prior to joining Cargill, Steve has held leadership positions with Axeon Specialty Products, Independence Construction Materials and CITGO Asphalt Refining Company. Mr. Haughton holds a BA in Psychology from St. Louis University and an MBA from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University.
