10:00 am – 12:00 pm  Conference Registration - Vista Windows
- Pick up chapter packet and conference t-shirts
- Confirm attendees and STAR Events participants

-Check the STAR Events Boarding Pass:  If anything is incorrect, send the participant with the Boarding Pass to HQ.
- Chapter advisers vote for representatives to the Board of Directors; Central Region and Middle Level

- Take chapter baskets to Lampeter

Open throughout the conference upon availability of State Staff


10:00 am - 12:30 pm  Food Equipment Bin Drop Off - Vista D
Upon arrival, food event participants must drop off their equipment bins in Vista D.  Taped shut and labeled.
At an appropriate time, participants can pick up their equipment bins and take them to the Expo for Equipment Check-in. 

After competition, participants will move their equipment bins back to Vista D.  

Equipment bins may be picked up on Wednesday to move them to your vehicle.

If weather becomes an issue, we will work on accommodations for moving equipment bins.


12:00 pm  State Officer Candidate Test - Lincoln Center

Candidates can pick up test results at 1:45 pm

1:00 – 1:30 pm  STAR Events Participant Registration - Lampeter

All participants must sign in using their Boarding Pass which is found in the adviser's chapter registration packet.  (If the Boarding Pass has incorrect information, please report to HQ in Vista Windows between 10:00 am and 12:30 pm.)

Once your Boarding Pass is verified, and handed in at registration, you will receive a STAR Events Passport.  You will safeguard this Passport so you can present it at your STAR Event.  It is worth points on the rubric.  The Passport will list your event, day, time, and if you completed the on-line orientation. 
The registration tables are along the back wall of Lampeter.

State Staff will be at the door to direct you to your section of the room and explain where to wait for your turn.

After check-in, equipment will be placed in a sealed container and stacked by Event and Group.
