Voting Delegates

Attend Meetings today to learn about the State Officer Candidates.


2:00 – 2:30 pm  Voting Delegate & State Officer Candidate Session - Wheatland

During the Voting Delegate & State Officer Candidate Session, Voting Delegates will have the opportunity to ask each candidate questions about what they can do for PA FCCLA.  Pick up the Candidates'  VITAs.


6:45 pm  Opening Session - Lincoln Theater

During Opening Session, Voting Delegates will listen to the first speech by the officer candidates.


Attend the meeting for your region.  During the Region Meeting, Voting Delegates will listen to the second speech by the officer candidates.                  

7:30 pm  Western Region Meeting - Lincoln Theater         

7:30 pm  Eastern Region Meeting Wheatland         

7:30 pm  Central Region Meeting Conestoga 2 (in Lampeter)      


9:45 pm  Chapter Meetings in a place of the Adviser’s Choice

During your chapter meeting, Voting Delegates should help their chapter decide who to vote for.

Vote for State Officers today and then attend the Annual Business Meeting.

During voting for officer candidates, Voting Delegates vote for only the officers running in your region.  If there are more than three candidates in your region, you must vote for three; if you vote for less than three, your ballot is void.  

12:00- 12:30 pm Voting by Chapter Voting Delegates - Grand Ballroom Lobby

      

1:00 – 1:50 pm  Annual Business Meeting - Hopewell
During the Annual Business, Voting Delegates will stand when roll is taken and say your name and your chapter.  If your chapter receives a membership award, go to the podium to receive it.  You may also need to vote on motions of the assembly.
