Introduction

                                                                      Revising from previous years questions from the Patent Agent Exam

Note: All questions from the previous years Paper I are incorporated into each chapter wise quiz.  The quizzes are themselves multiple choice type so as to suit the format of a webpage and to drill down to the basics quickly.  Each wrong answer, gives you feedback about why the selected answer choice was wrong and why is a particular answer choice correct while referring to the specific section / rule implicated.

However, given that there is some level of writing the answer that goes into Paper I (as it is either objective or short answers), readers / aspirants would be well advised to remember the basics and write accordingly as required in the exam.

Some questions in the website are based on USPTO exam and EPO exam.
