Every task is designed to be "low floor, high ceiling," ensuring it is accessible to new teachers while remaining professionally challenging for veteran leaders.

Pillar Matrix
Learning should never be one-size-fits-all. The PAECT Pillar Matrix is an interactive choice board that puts you in the driver's seat, allowing you to choose the path that best fits your interests, goals, and learning style. Each activity offers a unique opportunity to explore new ideas, build practical skills, and deepen your understanding at your own pace.
There is no single "right" path—mix and match activities, challenge yourself to try something new, and enjoy the freedom to learn through choice. Whether you complete one activity or explore them all, every path leads to meaningful learning and new possibilities.
There are 4 pillars: Connect, Lead, Develop, and Advocate. There will be a choice board for each pillar.

During the program, the PAECT Professional Development Committee will host learning lab sessions where all Fellows can connect, lead, develop, and advocate for improving their practice!
