Founded in 2017 by Atticus LeBlanc, a housing advocate and investor since 2008, PadSplit is a shared housing marketplace that provides housing specifically designed for the workforce. Our award-winning model allows individuals to find a flexible, long-term rental option that includes furniture, utilities, and access to public transit — all without a minimum credit score. PadSplit’s technology platform also enables personalized rent payments that facilitate easier budgeting and allow residents to improve their financial health. Since our start in Atlanta we have grown to more than 500 properties housing 3,000+ Members, and we have plans to accelerate our expansion into new markets. Our platform currently features more than 200 property owners and investors, and the number continues to grow each week.
