Binary

It is a system based on the powers of 2. It consists of 1 and 0, which are the remainders of factorisation of a decimal number. The simplicity - the fact that only two digits are used - allows the system to be easily used by computers, transistors to be precise, and therefore control the work of devices. On the other hand, the notation is very long and not intuitive for people who don't use the binary system in their job (programmers).
